A life lesson from the "Mary Garden" & Reminders for the week ahead

A Life Lesson from our "Mary Garden" near the front entrance - Bloom where you are planted.

Pope Francis will be inaugurated on Tuesday, March 19th, the Feast of St. Joseph.  St. Joseph is traditionally associated with the color red, just as St. Patrick is associated with green. Mrs. Gannatti invites all students to celebrate the Inaugural Mass of Pope Francis on Tuesday, March 19, by wearing something red with the uniform appropriate for the day.  Examples include red ties or socks, red hair bows or headbands, a red sweater or sweatshirt over the uniform shirt.  Please keep in mind that any logos or motifs on the accessory being worn must be appropriate for school or it will have to be taken off.  This is an exciting and wonderful time for us as Catholics.  We encourage everyone to keep our new Pope in their prayers.

Next week will be a busy one here at SMS.  Here are some reminders-
