Hot Lunch Ordering for February will open Monday, January 6. Orders will be accepted through Friday, January 10 via the Educonnect parent portal. Your payment should be sent in as soon as your order is complete. This will be your only opportunity to order hot lunches for February. No late orders can be accepted.
January School Mass will be on Tuesday, January 7 at 9am in the Church. All are welcome. Please remember that no PE uniforms should be worn to Mass.
Spirit Day! - All students are invited to participate in a Spirit Day on Monday, January 13, 2020. With a $5 donation, students may wear PE uniforms and/or SMS Spirit Wear. Checks should be made payable to St. Mary's School with "Spirit Day" in the memo section. Proceeds will help our 8th grade defray costs associated with graduation activities.
Friday, January 17 will be a 12:45pm early dismissal with NO PreK Enrichment or Aftercare. School will be closed on Monday, January 18, in observance of Martin Luther King Day.

Know a friend looking for Prekindergarten? Invite them to our Five Senses Fridays in January at 9am in our PreK classroom! All little ones should be accompanied by a parent or caregiver for this program. Free and all are welcome! In the event of a delayed opening or school cancellation, the program will be cancelled for the day.
Make sure to sign up for our Family Referral Program too!
Time to think about Kindergarten! Children who will turn 5 before 12/31/20, are eligible for Kindergarten for the 20-21 school year. In the next few weeks, look for information about our special "Keys to Kindergarten" meeting. Additionally, if you have a child that is eligible for Kindergarten in the fall that DOES NOT attend our PreKindergarten, please submit an application for admission to secure a seat in next year's Kindergarten. If your child IS enrolled in our PreKindergarten and is age appropriate for Kindergarten for the 2020-21 school year, no application is necessary. It is assumed your child will continue at SMS for Kindergarten unless we are notified otherwise.

It's Time to Order Your Yearbooks! Don't miss a minute of memories! The SMS yearbook contains a photo of every student along with candid photos from all major school events. Yearbooks are $35 each and may be ordered online - click here. We will also be sending home a paper order form that may be completed and returned to the school office with payment. Our yearbook ID code is 9415320. Please note that the order deadline is March 27, 2020 and that all yearbooks must be preordered.
